Ensure daily/Weekly/Monthly reports/dashboards are received from concern teams as per set frequency
– Do analysis on calls to arrive specific trends of SLA/KPI violation, misuse of status which will help FMS partner to achieve the KPI compliance
– SOP creation/ Modification as & when required
– Followup with internal as well as FMS teams to get the activity status and prepare activity Dashboards
– MIS report validation submitted by FMS partner on monthly basis
– Preparing Monthly / Weekly PPT for senior management
– Closure call sampling to check service quality/ False closure/ Process deviation
– Track MBR/QBR MoM points and share weekly updates to concern stakeholder
– Should have good knowledge of excel, Word & Power point
– Well verse with formula’s, Micros which will help in preparing dashboard/ Trends etc..
