Job Summary<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We’re looking for a technically skilled and client-facing Associate Director\/Sr. Manager\/Manager – DevOps and Cloud to lead our team in delivering exceptional cloud and DevOps solutions to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and experience in managing highly complex team structures for Client\/Internal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Requirements & Skills:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. 5 to 10 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Computing, and IT service Management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Proven experience in managing client relationships and delivering client-facing projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Strong technical background in cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes), Database, Security, DevSecops Tool, scripting languages (Python, Bash).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Experience in leading and managing high-performing teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Relevant certifications in cloud computing, DevOps, or IT service management (e.g., Azure Certified Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or ITIL\u00a0Foundation).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Lead DevOps and cloud practice to deliver high-quality solutions to client.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Collaborate with client teams to understand their business requirements and deliver tailored solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Design and implement cloud architectures, migration strategies, DevOps strategies, application infrastructure management, 3rd party service management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical and soft skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. Manage internal delivery and support systems to ensure best in class client support. Represent and manage 24*7 NOC\/SOC and managed delivery services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    8. Communicate technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    9. Maintain and manage security and various third party vendors and ensure smooth deliveries.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
