– Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Monitor and analyze financial data, preparing reports and forecasts as needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Coordinate and assist in the preparation of financial statements and budgets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Conduct financial analysis to support business planning and decision-making.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Assist in the implementation of financial systems and process improvements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Provide guidance to finance team members and support their professional development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Collaborate with other departments to support overall company goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– 1 to 2 years of experience in financial management or a similar role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, with advanced Excel skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to present financial data effectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– CPA or CFA certification preferred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
