– Track compliance related reports submission from FMS partner as per set frequency
– Track compliance related activities like uninstallation of non approved software\/ Software standardization and highlights gaps to FMS partner time to time
– Maintain approved license\/ Freeware software list with their version and share monthly reports.
– Prepare compliance dashboard as per set frequency and share with concern stakeholders
– Should know how compliance works and basic knowledge on compliance tools like Bigfix patching & Sentinel1 tool
– Coordinate with infosec team for monthly patching process
– Manage the software\/ OS obsolescence data and prepare plan of action to mitigate the same well in advance
– Track and ensure all partner resources infosec training compliance on monthly basis and publish the report.
– Good communication skills, well verse with Excel, Word & PowerPoint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
